Most and Least Addictive Foods, According to Science

In a survey of 518 people, researchers identified the most and least addictive foods using a scientific measurement tool.

Researchers at the University of Michigan used the Yale Food Addiction Scale (YFAS) questionnaire, which examines behavioral indicators of addictive-like eating, and asked survey participants to identify which foods they are most likely to experience problems with.

Below are results of the most and least addictive foods, in ranking orders.
