  1. It’s interesting to know that mindfulness is key things to develop when it comes to DBT. I’m thinking about helping a friend of mine get a therapist because it’s been almost a year and she still gets episodes of trauma from a toxic relationship she ended a year ago. Hopefully, it’s still not too late and she could still work on moving on without any lasting damage to her psyche.
