Adolescent Therapist in Rochelle Park and Wayne
This full-time, in-person position provides high-quality clinical treatment for adolescents in a group program, including psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, and case management. Responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, documenting treatment progress, coordinating and implementing treatment plans, attending team meetings, identifying and communicating clinical status changes, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting termination planning. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with full licensure in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or Licensed Psychologist). DBT experience and a full license are preferred but not required. Prior experience working with adolescents is essential.
