Silvergate Prep is seeking a full-time Certified Teacher for a seasonal 10-month position to provide individualized instruction and academic support to students within a behavioral health setting. This role is responsible for developing and delivering personalized educational plans, collaborating with school districts, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, monitoring student progress, maintaining instructional records, and ensuring continuity of learning in accordance with IEPs, 504 Plans, and educational standards. The ideal candidate is a certified New Jersey educator with a passion for supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and educational needs while fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
