GenPsych is proud to offer practicum and internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students across our programs. These placements may occur during the summer, fall, or spring semesters, allowing interns to gain a comprehensive and meaningful learning experience within a professional behavioral health setting.
As part of the internship experience, students are assigned to work closely with a specific program, clinical team, or department. Interns are integrated into our multidisciplinary environment and gain valuable exposure to the delivery of mental health and behavioral health services within structured treatment programs.

Depending on placement and academic requirements, interns may participate in a variety of program areas, including adult and adolescent services, partial care programs, and other behavioral health treatment services. In addition to clinical exposure, opportunities may also be available within organizational departments such as marketing, human resources, and administrative operations, providing a broader understanding of how behavioral health organizations function.
Through these experiences, GenPsych aims to support the professional development of future behavioral health professionals while contributing to the training of compassionate and skilled individuals dedicated to improving mental health care.
