The GenPsych staff is happy to manage the insurance claim processing on your behalf, leaving you to relax and focus on your therapeutic program. If you have insurance not listed, please call us. Co-payments are payable when services are rendered. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid for our adult programs. If you have no insurance and want to discuss paying privately, please call us. My whole experience at GenPsych was wonderful. The individual sessions with my therapist was my favorite experience at GenPsych. My therapist was able to get to know me just a little bit more and she was able to guide me every week on exactly what I needed to do in order to keep making progress.
