- Partial Hospitalization Program is a comprehensive 5 1/2 hour, 5 days a week program that is highly structured.
- Intensive Outpatient Program is a less frequent but still highly structured program that runs for 3 hours, 3 days a week.
Partial Hospitalization And Intensive Outpatient
Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient are comprehensive programs offered to help individuals struggling with a variety of mental health and/or substance use concerns.
Adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and a variety of other common mental health concerns can receive support, guidance, treatment, and education in a safe and calming environment without the fear of judgment. We help you learn the skills you need to manage your symptoms, gain control, and cope with the daily stressors in your life.
Our full range of therapeutic services is available to participants of both programs and includes individual therapy, group therapy, medication counseling, ongoing family consultations, and substance use counseling. Among our many empirically based modalities, we offer skill groups using dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure response therapy, and relapse prevention. Our counselors are highly trained in their respective specialties and are eager to help you learn the skills needed to improve your quality of life.
