- I just discharged from the DBT track, and I can say it was an overall positive experience. The group sessions were great, and I learned a lot of good stuff. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I think it was worth it.

- Adult DBT track is excellent. it’s group-oriented and highly structured which I feel was beneficial for me — however, don’t expect many 1 on 1 sessions with your therapist other than 1x/week. Knocking off a star because I feel the partial care program (a continuation of the IOP program that keeps you a few hours longer) could benefit from a bit more substance to it — it wasn’t really as helpful for me when I was placed in it.

- This place has alot of great resources to offer. My prescribers Amy and Albert were wonderful. Both listened carefully and came up with a plan to meet my needs in recovery. My therapist Val Karabin was phenomenal. I wish all therapists were like her. Groups inc DBT were very helpful as well. My time here was well spent.

- When I arrived to GenPsych i was in an awful state and did not see light at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t see a tunnel at all.
